The Best of Home Quilt Competition

The 2008 Bruce County International Plowing Match will be hosting a Quilt Competition in Teeswater at the Teeswater-Culross Community Centre on Friday August 8 and Saturday August 9, 2008. The show will provide a venue to display all of the quilt competition entries to their best advantage.

The Lifestyles Area will include the Quilt Tent where the winning entries from the Quilt Competition will be featured.

The International Plowing Match Quilt Competition is open to all. This is a great opportunity to showcase your quilting skills to a large and enthusiastic audience. The 17 categories offer something for every taste and technique.

All entries will be displayed during the Quilt Show to be held in Teeswater at the Teeswater-Culross Community Centre on August 8-9, 2008 when judging will take place and prizes will be awarded. A selection of the entries, including all prize winners, will be exhibited in the Lifestyles Area at the Bruce County International Plowing Match September 16-20, 2008 at the McKague farm, Township of Culross.
