Directions for shipping

1. Make two (2) copies of the completed entry form for each quilt.
2. Keep the original form as proof of ownership to reclaim your quilt.
3. Send first copy of the Quilt Competition Entry Form, description/photograph, fabric samples and nonrefundable $10 entry fee for
each quilt (payable by cheque or money order to 2008 Bruce County IPM) by June 15, 2008 to:

4. Send the second copy with your quilt(s) by July 15, 2008 to:

The IPM insurance policy applies to all entries while in the possession of the IPM Quilt Committee 2008. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late or misdirected entries. We recommend that you consult your personal insurance company to ensure that coverage is in place.
